Welcome to Coast2CoastRecipes.com, a project of ClassBrain’s State Report section. This site was created to celebrate the range and diversity of the vegetables and agricultural products that we grow and raise in America. Feel free to add your favorite recipes for foods grown in your state (or any other state), and to check out the recipes that our staff and other members have contributed as well. We’ve compiled a list of the official state foods, and we are working on a list of state agricultural products.
Feel free to post recipes related to any of these categories. We would also like to include recipes that are representative of a particular region, like Gumbo is to Louisiana. So if you have a great regional recipe, we’d love to have you include it. Be sure to check off any and all categories that apply to your recipe.
Watch for information on contests and special events, as well as updates on state foods. We appreciate you sharing your recipes with us, and hope that you’ll feel free to share our site with your friends. With your help this will become a very special collection of recipes celebrating the 50 states.
